Thoughtful Thursday






Lately I have been trying to find ways to de-stress myself and learn to not let things upset me. I recently got into the form of meditation. It is so relaxing and helps me to clear my thoughts. I really enjoy when I can come outside on my back porch and hear the birds chirp and the trees sway in the wind, while clearing my thoughts. I even do a little humming noise (sounds silly right?). But all in all, I love the feeling of letting loose of my anxiety and becoming peaceful.


Now I know why people who are pro yoga and advent meditaters are always happy!
